Arike Ogunbowale

Arike Ogunbowale, the American basketball professional for the Dallas Wings in the Women's National Basketball Association. She was drafted with the 5th pick during the 2019 WNBA Draft by the Dallas Wings. Arike Ogunbowale was a Milwaukee Wisconsin native born to Yolanda Ogunbowale. Mario Ogunbowale is her 26-year-old brother and Dare Ogunbowale, 20 years older. Being the youngest of them of her siblings, her parents treated her to the most exemplary treatment. Ogunbowale played in the 2013 U16 FIBA Americas Championships 2014 FIBA U17 World Championships 2013 3x3 Championships of FIBA for U18 in which she was awarded Gold Medals. In 2014, the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team was announced on 7th July 2014. Ogunbowale was playing her first season at a collegiate level and was named to her ACC All-Freshman Team.
