In the following year, she joined Queen's Gate School to study ballet as well as perform in the school's productions. After she turned 16, she quit school to pursue a full-time career in acting. Taylor-Joy was always aware that her dream was to be an actress. This was achieved when Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management gave Taylor-Joy a modelling job.
